Schon w\u00e4hrend unseres ersten Gespr\u00e4ches wurde deutlich, dass er sehr wohl \u00fcber die n\u00f6tige Expertise verf\u00fcgte und dass unsere Vermutung, dass wir dies gut durchdacht in Angriff nehmen mussten, stimmte.<br \/>Ich glaube, dass Jan von unserem ehrgeizigen Plan, in nur 1 Monat zu \u00fcbersiedeln, erschrocken war. Aber er hat sich eingesetzt und alles, was er versprochen hatte, auch in die Tat umgesetzt. Er bekam eine straffe Deadline, aber wir auch: wir mussten auch selbst unsere Hausaufgaben machen. In der Zwischenzeit behielt er alles im Auge. Auf die angelieferten Daten bekamen wir am selben Tag noch Feedback. Am folgenden Morgen rief Jan schon an, um die weiteren Schritte mit uns zu besprechen. Er hatte ein gutes Gesp\u00fcr daf\u00fcr, wie er uns in Gang halten musste.<br \/>Alles, was wir in unserem Lager wollten, befindet sich darin und es ist effizienter. Der folgende Schritt ist ein bewussterer Umgang mit unserem Lagerbestand.
