Weil das Unternehmen Konfigurationen in Auftragsfertigung entwickelt und auch eine eigene Einkaufs-Verkaufsaktivit\u00e4t hat, lagert es sehr viele verschiedene Komponenten in seinem Lager.<\/em><\/p>            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eff-fill.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2019-11-28-14.30.19-2-scaled-e1593788144400.jpg\" class=\"project-mobileheaderimg\" \/>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"project-details\">\n            <h3>Project details<\/h3>\n            <h6>daten 2019-11<\/h6>\n\t\t\t<ul class=\"fa-ul\">\n            <li><i class=\"fa-li far fa-check-circle\"><\/i> 2  x Kardex Megamat RS 350, gesteuert durch Kardex Power Pick Global<\/li>\n            <li><i class=\"fa-li far fa-check-circle\"><\/i> 48 Laden gef\u00fcllt (3050 x 628)<\/li>\n            <li><i class=\"fa-li far fa-check-circle\"><\/i> 2.081 verschiedene Teile<\/li>\n            <li><i class=\"fa-li far fa-check-circle\"><\/i> Nutzh\u00f6he: 4.800 mm<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"project-fulltext\">\n        <p>Nach einer \u00dcbernahme von 3 Betrieben beschloss Wabtec, seine niederl\u00e4ndischen Aktivit\u00e4ten in 1 Servicezentrum zu zentralisieren, genauer gesagt in Ede. Weil sich die \u00dcbersiedlung der alten Paternostersysteme als zu kostspielig erwies, wurden auch 2 neue Paternoster-Lagersysteme erworben. Diese waren h\u00f6her und hatten tiefere Regalb\u00f6den als die alten Systeme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Als ich bei Wabtec begonnen habe, war man vollauf mit der Organisation des Lagerumzugs besch\u00e4ftigt&#8220;, erz\u00e4hlt Supply Chain and Demand Planning Manager William Ruiter. &#8222;Aber weil dies schwierig und teuer geworden w\u00e4re, haben wir schlussendlich beschlossen, mit jemandem zusammenzuarbeiten, der bereits entsprechende Erfahrung hatte. Bei meinem vorigen Arbeitgeber hatte ich positive Erfahrungen mit Jan gemacht, der anhand seines eff-fill-Prozesses ein \u00e4hnliches Projekt in gute Bahnen gelenkt hatte. Ein kleines Problem: der physische Umzug war bereits 7 Wochen sp\u00e4ter geplant. Aber Jan kam noch in derselben Woche bei uns vorbei und erstellte eine beschr\u00e4nkte Inventarisierung, um die Machbarkeit des Projektes zu beurteilen. Er hatte bereits zuvor ein Regallager in ein Shuttlesystem \u00fcbersiedelt und ein Paternostersystem in ein Shuttle, aber er hatte den Prozess noch niemals von Paternoster zu Paternoster ausgearbeitet. Auch f\u00fcr ihn war es folglich eine Herausforderung, aber es ist ihm gut gelungen. Wir bekamen einen Stufenplan und von diesem Moment an ist alles reibungslos verlaufen, sowohl die Vorbereitung als auch der physische Umzug selbst, bei dem uns Jan ebenfalls begleitet hat.
