Die Firma setzte ihn f\u00fcr die Umstellung ihres Regalbodenlagers auf ein nagelneues Shuttlesystem (2 x Kardex Shuttle) ein. William Ruiter erl\u00e4utert, wie die Vorbereitung und der Umzug selbst genau vor sich gingen. \u201cWir haben zuerst gemeinsam mit Jan alle St\u00fccke im Lager inventarisiert, worauf Jan einen Ma\u00dfnahmenplan ausgearbeitet hat. W\u00e4hrend des Umzugs selbst half er mit dem Etikettieren und Verlagern des Materials, um es danach in unser Verwaltungspaket einzugeben. Kleine Problemchen wurden direkt gel\u00f6st. Nach h\u00f6chstens 3 Tagen konnte unser neues Lager in Betrieb gehen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><br \/>William Ruiter sagt, dass er die Beratung von Jan f\u00fcr sehr wertvoll hielt. \u201cSicher, wenn man keine Erfahrung mit Umstellungsprozessen hat, ist dies eine sehr willkommene Hilfe. Die Erfahrung lehrt, dass externe Berater gelegentlich viel Geld kosten im Vergleich zu dem, was sie bringen, aber bei Jan war dies keinesfalls so.
