Bei der Erh\u00f6hung der Produktionskapazit\u00e4t um 20% im Jahr 2021 dr\u00e4ngte sich eine Optimierung des Lagers auf. Das erfolgte mittels der Installation eines neuen Vertical Lift-Moduls, das auf effiziente Weise mit der eff-fill-Software von Jan De Graeve eingeladen wurde.<\/em><\/p>            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eff-fill.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/20220426_133645.jpg\" class=\"project-mobileheaderimg\" \/>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"project-details\">\n            <h3>Project details<\/h3>\n            <h6>daten 2022-03<\/h6>\n\t\t\t<ul class=\"fa-ul\">\n            <li><i class=\"fa-li far fa-check-circle\"><\/i> 1 x Kardex Shuttle, gesteuert von Fox4Work-Software.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"project-fulltext\">\n        <p>Purchase &amp; Warehouse Manager Fran\u00e7ois Tourbach: \u201cNach der Genehmigung der Offerte vermietete uns Jan ein 3D-Messger\u00e4t, mit dem wir alle St\u00fccke vermessen konnten. Das war sehr praktisch, denn ohne Messung ist der Begriff &#8218;klein&#8216; oder &#8218;gro\u00df&#8216; eher subjektiv.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grundlage der Messergebnisse bekamen wir eine Vorstellung davon, welcher Prozentsatz der St\u00fccke in den Turm passen w\u00fcrde, und konnte Jan festlegen, wie die Bestandteile am besten gelagert werden konnten. Zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die St\u00fccke tats\u00e4chlich eingeladen werden mussten, kam Jan vor Ort, um uns auf die Spr\u00fcnge zu helfen. Wir waren besonders gut vorbereitet: dank der Etiketten, die Jan im Vorhinein gedruckt hatte, wussten wir w\u00e4hrend des Umzugs genau, wohin jedes St\u00fcck geh\u00f6rte. Das brachte zu diesem Zeitpunkt einen sch\u00f6nen Zeitgewinn. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden jetzt 90% anstelle von 50% der vollst\u00e4ndigen Lagerkapazit\u00e4t genutzt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Optimierung unseres Lagers. Wenn wir etwas anders machen w\u00fcrden, dann w\u00fcrden wir unsere Produktionsmitarbeiter von Anfang an intensiver am Projekt einbeziehen, sodass sie danach direkt \u00fcber die neue Lagereinteilung Bescheid wissen. Aber was den Service von Jan betrifft, sehen wir nur Vorteile. Durch seine Erfahrung mit anderen Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Branchen konnte er bew\u00e4hrte Praktiken mit uns teilen und uns im Hinblick auf die Nutzung und die Vorteile unseres neuen Warehouse-Systems \u00fcberzeugen. Jan war w\u00e4hrend des ganzen Programms auch sehr gut erreichbar und proaktiv.
