Nous avons remis \u00e0 Jan la liste d\u2019inventaire, dans laquelle figure tous les param\u00e8tres tels que le type d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment, la famille et les mesures. Sur cette base, il a propos\u00e9 le classement d\u2019entrep\u00f4t le plus efficace. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement en soi s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans heurts : Tout \u00e9tait pr\u00eat dans les bons bacs, pourvus de la bonne \u00e9tiquette. Nous pouvions remplir les placards sans avoir \u00e0 penser \u00e0 la meilleure place pour chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment. En deux jours, l\u2019affaire \u00e9tait dans le sac, sans fautes ni probl\u00e8mes. Le troisi\u00e8me jour, le syst\u00e8me Kardex et notre logiciel \u00e9taient op\u00e9rationnels.
